I have completed all verification steps that were required of me. After submitting my documents, I was asked to attend a video call, during which I answered several questions. Everything went smoothly and I fully complied with all the procedures.


However, I have now received an email stating that my account has been suspended and that my balance will not be paid out. The accusations made against me are completely false — none of them are true, and I strongly reject all such claims.


I feel that I am being treated unfairly and that the platform is acting like a scam operation. I kindly ask for your help in resolving this issue, as I have followed all the rules and acted in good faith. I trust your support and hope that justice will prevail.
