I am filing this complaint against BetRepublic due to an unjustified delay in processing my withdrawal.
On Monday, July 6th, 2026, I requested a withdrawal to my Skrill e-wallet. My account is 100% verified, and all my KYC identity documents were previously approved by the casino.
Although e-wallet withdrawals are usually processed quickly, my transaction has been stuck "under review" for 5 full business days. When I contacted customer support, they admitted via email that the withdrawal is "taking a little longer than usual to process", but they refuse to provide a specific reason or a timeframe. Now, their support team is completely ignoring my follow-up emails.
I have followed all the rules, my account is clean, and the funds are being withheld without any valid explanation. I request Casino Guru’s mediation to help me get my funds released to my Skrill account.
