Dear Guru team,


I deposited 95€ on this casino called Betovo and after betting and winning over 300€ I wanted to make a withdrawal and the staff started making way to many document entreaties for wanting to make a withdrawal. After the documents were sent and my verification was successful the 280€ I have tried to withdraw hasn't arrived yet since the 28th of May. All they are saying is that they will prioritize my payment but it's been 12 days until now and the money has yet to arrive. I don't understand this casino, if it's a total scam or they don't pay their users and now I am forced to write to this site to request my money.Thanks in advance and I really hope for your help.
