The casino does not pay out winnings. The first time I tried to withdraw my funds, the withdrawal was canceled due to a "technical error." I then requested the withdrawal again. Since it’s not possible to cancel withdrawals, I made another deposit, won, and withdrew that amount. The second withdrawal of 84.65 XRP (as shown in the screenshot) was paid within a few hours. However, the original withdrawal of 115.27 XRP still shows the status "sent." The casino keeps saying that an "investigation of a technical issue" is ongoing with their payment provider. I made the original withdrawal request on October 2, 2025, so it has been over a month, and they continue to give the same excuses.

Yes in both cases the XRP address was the same when requesting the payout.


I had to input the memo tag along with the address, but I did that correctly.


I do not have older chats of the situation but I have attached the most recent one.

Please make the pictures private, since they include the transaction id.
