I have spent the last 2 months depositing and playing the odds plus casino to try to collect cards in what is called the Lucky Spins card collection.


I have purchased/opened the first 9 cards without any problems, but now that I have collected the last 300 coins and want to buy the 10th card, it just sits there loading, I have tried all their advice, about trying a different browser, deleting Cache and Cookies, but nothing works.


I have also been contacting their customer service for 6 days now, and have written to 6 different employees who say they have sent my problem to their technical support who are looking into the matter. But I have not heard anything from them via email.


I feel like they are running some kind of scam, and it's really bad style that they can't solve a simple problem when there has clearly been no problem with the 9 other cards, plus they just keep on complaining and saying that they have moved on, but I don't believe them one bit.


Could I get some kind of help to solve this problem?
