I am seeking assistance with a serious responsible-gambling/account-closure issue with BetNjet.
I first contacted BetNjet on 3 July 2026 and explicitly stated:
"Please close my account I have a gambling addiction."
Despite making it completely clear that I have a gambling addiction and wanted my account closed, my account was not closed.
I subsequently contacted BetNjet again requesting closure on:
29 July 2026
30 July 2026
31 August 2026
29 September 2026
There is also a BetNjet response dated 28 July 2026 in my email records relating to the account-closure issue.
All of these emails were sent to support@betnjet.com.
I have attached a screenshot from my email account showing the repeated account-closure requests and dates.
The important point is that this was not simply a request that I made once and then forgot about. BetNjet was explicitly told that I have a gambling addiction and that I wanted my account closed, yet I continued to have access to the account and was able to continue gambling.
I have repeatedly had to contact them over a period of almost three months to try to get my account closed.
I am now seeking assistance with:
Establishing why BetNjet did not close my account following my original request on 3 July 2026.
Obtaining a complete review of my account activity from 3 July 2026 onwards.
Seeking reimbursement of deposits made after my initial gambling-addiction/account-closure request.
Seeking appropriate redress/compensation for the period during which I continued to have access to the account despite repeatedly requesting closure.
Ensuring that BetNjet permanently closes and self-excludes my account.
I have retained my complete email correspondence and can provide the individual emails if required.
I would particularly appreciate assistance in determining whether BetNjet’s handling of these repeated responsible-gambling requests is consistent with its obligations and whether the deposits made after my initial closure request should be reimbursed.
I have also contacted BetNjet again today with a formal complaint and have requested a written explanation of why my previous requests were not acted upon.
I am not disputing ordinary gambling losses. My complaint specifically concerns deposits and gambling activity occurring after I had explicitly informed BetNjet that I had a gambling addiction and requested that my account be closed.
I would appreciate Casino Guru’s assistance in reviewing the chronology and communicating with BetNjet regarding the matter.
