Hello,

As you can see on the deposits page, I had an active 20% cashback. I made deposits for a total of €4,000 in one day, so I was expecting a cashback of €800. However, I was only credited €200.

I contacted customer support via chat, and they told me that the amount I received is correct. But as you can clearly see, I had a 20% cashback active at the time.
