I opened a account with BETMGM and I deposited £200 i won and withdrew £100 and a £25 and a £1200
The £100 & the £25 was received in my bank shortly after.
I contacted live support and they requested documents from me. Proof of card, banking statement and my Id [ driving licence ]
To which I provided all of them, it said team will be checking and could take up to a few hours. To my horror! I was then blocked out my account and my £1200 forfeited for terms I had apparently breached!! It was a excuse to not pay out. They wont outline what term I breached or give me a clear explanation!
I would like my £1200 winnings and never have to use that site again!
