Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. Therefore this doesn’t necessarily have to be the casino’s mistake.
- Have you made any successful withdrawals before?
- Also, I noticed that in your withdrawal section is mentioned that you need to make at least one successful deposit with this payment method in order to use it for withdrawals. Have you already done that?
