They wont reply to any of my emails and they have blocked me from chat support. I had a good win and I wanted to withdraw it. I had an active bonus which was stopping my withdrawl. Thats not a problem, ive cancled bonuses with them before so I can withdraw. The problem is... theres an active bonus that is impossible for me to remove/cancle. Ive sent them several emails and I still havnt got a response. My original email was sent on Dec 5, 2025. It is now December 18, 2025. Ive followed their steps exactly how they say to do it. "Go to 'my bonuses' page, cancle any active bonuses and then youll be able to withdraw"

Ive done that.... countless times. It strange that after my first big win with them, theres a magical bonus thats impossible for me to cancle and they are refusing to communicate with me. Everything started fine but the moment I have a descent payout... I cant withdraw it and support refuses to help. I will never recommend these guys to anyone

The "active" bonus is on the sports side. I did a deposit and recived a 7.50$ free sport bet.

I made the bet, the bet won and thats where it stops. It still says the 7.5$ bonus is active. Under my "bets placed, bets won/bets settled" it shows the bet and the winnings. Theres no way for me to turn that off or canclenit. In the "bets paid out" section there is 0 information.


The ammounts attempted to withdraw started at 800, then 700, then 600. By this time I knew they were ignoring me and I knew I wasn't going to get the money so I burned the rest of the winnings in the casino.


Ill send screenshots of the emails when I get home
