BetHog Casino decided to void and block my account after my $102,000 USDT Win because of alleged Bonus Abuse.

Let me begin from the start, my friend was already playing on BetHog and he referred me to play on the site. I had the privilege of getting a Non-Withdrawable Balance of $10,000 USDT to try out the site as my friend was given the same balance as well, where he then asked BetHog if the same balance can be given to me as well and they agreed.

Note that my friend has already been playing on BetHog for quite some time and has received such balance multiple times. No issues with his account and he was able to play as per usual.

So, with this $10,000 USDT Non-Withdrawable Balance, I went to play slots until my balance hit $0. Afterwards, to make sure that my own deposit does not get mistaken as the Non-Withdrawable Balance, I had to inform my BetHog that I was done with it whereby they will do all their checks and revert my account back to normal.

After they confirmed my account is back to normal and that I can make my deposit, I proceeded to deposit only a small amount so that I can test out the Withdrawal Speed. But to withdraw, i need to wager 1x turnover, which I did and ended up getting into a Bonus where I won $1000.

As such, I did not choose to withdraw and decided to keep playing after the win. So after a few hours of playing, I managed to hit a full screen on Hacksaw Spinman which won me about $96K+.

So after this massive win, I decided it was time to make my withdrawal, where i proceeded to make 2 separate 50K USDT Withdrawals but ended up being rejected and shortly after, got my account blocked and BetHog stated that I was scamming.

Note that my friend received the Non-Withdrawable Balance multiple times and this is my first time receiving such balance.

I made sure to tell BetHog that I was done with the balance so that they can do all their checks and revert my account back to normal. Only when given the confirmation then I made my deposit.

I have tried to asked multiple times the reason but was faced with the silent treatment every single time. There shouldn't be a instance where I am abusing bonus when they did all their checks and told me my account is good to go.

I would like BetHog to pay my $102,000 Winnings in Full as this seems as though it was only after I won big, they decided to suddenly say I am scamming when I did not and even let them do all their checks. Perhaps this is the reason why they refuse to tell me what exactly did I do.

Dear player,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem with BetHog Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely:

  • Can you please share screenshots of the specific bonuses you claimed (referral and first deposit bonus) with the rules/bonus description?
  • Were there any special terms or conditions regarding the Non-Withdrawable Balance that you were made aware of? Was your balance zero before you made the first real money deposit?
  • Could you please advise which games you focused on - slots, live casino, sports betting, etc.?
  • Did you activate the first deposit bonus right after making the deposit?
  • Have you completed the wagering requirement of the deposit bonus? Have you claimed any more bonuses after that or in the meantime?
  • Did you pass the KYC verification before you requested a withdrawal?

I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Natalia

This was not a promotion offered by BetHog to the public. It was a exclusive Non-Withdrawable balance that was granted to my Friend when he applied for VIP Transfer.

I was given the opportunity to get the Non-Withdrawable Balance as well because my Friend helped me to ask his VIP Host if they can hook me up as well.

The terms for the Non-Withdrawable Balance is very simple, just play until I am satisfied or when my balance hit $0. Purpose of such funds is to try out the site and 100% not withdrawable at all.

So i played through the balance until I was left with 6 USDT. I then proceeded to inform my friend's VIP Host that I am done with my balance. Reason for informing is to allow them to do their checks and revert my account back to normal so that my own real deposit will not be mistaken as part of the Non-Withdrawable.

VIP Host gave the green light to deposit after she done all her checks and so i did.

I played normally and managed to almost max win on a slot which led to where we are right now.

No KYC was requested at all. My friend did not complete KYC as well and he has been playing there much longer than me.

I also did not use any welcome/deposit bonus at all. If you refer to the attached screenshot, you can see that I said that I will PASS on the deposit bonus.

Everything is from my own Real-Money Deposit.

Attached are conversations between my friend and the VIP Host. I zoomed in the message that explains how the Non-Withdrawable Balance will work in case it is too small to view.

Note that my friend's account is still active and the reason for that is likely because he did not win big. But only when I managed to win big, they decided to block my account.

Dear player, the reason for asking about bonuses was your own saying. Let me cite your first message, in which you mentioned playing with the bonus:

But to withdraw, i need to wager 1x turnover, which I did and ended up getting into a Bonus where I won $1000.

Do I understand correctly that you came up with the idea of the non-withdrawable money on your own? As I can see, the casino's promotions section does not offer any such gifts for players.

Can you please specify if you have access to your player's account at the moment? If yes, could you please share your betting, bonus, and transaction history? Please send it to my email at [email protected]. Thank you.

The idea of the Non-Withdrawable Money is my friend's idea, whose account is still valid.

This whole situation isn't about the fact that I was given a Non-Withdrawable Balance, it came from an unknown reason whereby my VIP Host just straight up accused me of scamming without providing any explanations and my account got blocked shortly after.

As mentioned, I made sure to inform them when I was done with the Non-Withdrawable Balance so as to prevent incidents like my own Real-Money Deposit being mistaken as part of the Non-Withdrawable Balance.

I do not have access to my account as it has already been blocked. Furthermore, there wouldn't be a way for me to view my Bet History as they do not have that function.

Hello lorenzo9,

We have received evidence from the casino that confirms that the disputed amount consists not of your real money winnings, but of funds previously granted to you as non-withdrawable. This makes you ineligible to them. Therefore, I must reject your complaint.
