I am writing to ask for your assistance regarding a withdrawal issue with Bethaus Casino.


I found Bethaus Casino on Casino Guru and decided to give it a try by making a deposit. However, My first withdrawal request of 205 USDT has been pending for 15 days without any explanation. Every time I contact customer support, I receive the same repeated response that my withdrawal is "under review" and that I will receive my funds soon. However, no specific reason for the delay has ever been provided.


As the delay continues with no meaningful update, I am becoming increasingly concerned that Bethaus Casino may be a scam casino and that my funds could be withheld permanently. I am extremely worried about losing this money despite having complied with all the casino's requirements.


I would greatly appreciate any assistance or intervention that Casino Guru can provide in helping to resolve this matter and ensure that my legitimate withdrawal is processed.

----> Not yet, It's my first time withdrawal.

----> Without an active bonus.

I would like to provide a clearer explanation of my case.

On 03 June 2026, I deposited 205 USDT and received a bonus of 200 free spins. However, the winnings from those free spins were credited to a USD balance. On the Bethaus platform, there is no withdrawal method available for USD balances, as only cryptocurrency withdrawals are supported.

Meanwhile, I continued playing normally with my USDT balance, without violating any rules or terms. After completing the required wagering activity, I submitted a withdrawal request for 206.27 USDT.

Shortly afterwards, my account was suspended, and I was informed that it was undergoing a standard account check. Then, on 08 June 2026, my account was unsuspended, and I was instructed to withdraw only my original deposit amount of 205 USDT, after which my account would be permanently blocked.

When I asked for the reason behind this decision, I was not informed of any rule violation on my part. I was only told that it was a decision made by the casino management.

The problem is that my withdrawal request for 205 USDT has remained pending since 08 June 2026. As of today, 16 days have passed and the withdrawal has still not been processed. Every time I contact live support, I receive the same repetitive response that the withdrawal is "under review" and that I "will receive the funds as soon as possible".

I am becoming increasingly concerned that the casino may permanently withhold my 205 USDT. I respectfully ask for your assistance in helping to resolve this matter and ensure that my funds are returned to me.
