Won 300k at Betfoxx, after providing my ID card Betfoxx blocked me because some of the details where not matching (between the user profile and my ID card) asked Betfoxx which details where not matching, after that i am not receiving any response from the casino.

I am feeling scammed.

  • Could you please advise how long were you a player of the casino and when exactly was your account blocked? 
  • Could you please share the communication from the casino with the accusations against you?  Send emails or chat transcripts to my email at tomas@casino.guru, or post screenshots here
  • Could you please list which documents you provided to the casino during the verification of your account?
  • What games did you play to accumulate your current balance in the casino? (slots, live games, betting on sports) 
  • Did you achieve your current balance with the help of a bonus?

Hi Tomas,


I created the account around 7 september 2024.

My account got blocked in 27 october 2024.

The 26 of october i made a 50 euro deposito, Betfoxx added a bonus to it.

The bonus turned into real money after that it went up to 300K.

So i decided to cash out the balance.

I provided my ID card and my phone invoice.

Which also shows my banknumber which i used to make deposites at Betfoxx.

I only played Blackjack Live (Evolution Live)


I already told Betfoxx i can provide every single detail to complete the KYC, but got no reaction.

I added the messages of Betfoxx, i reacted on the mail but never had a reponse on it.

(i have also screenshots of in game plays, account balance linked to my account id if needed)

Could you please explain the player's situation in more detail? Why has the user's account been closed and winnings confiscated? Why exactly was the verification not possible and what is he supposed to do to complete the KYC and/or withdraw his balance?

If we are talking about a breach of the casino's Terms and Conditions, is the casino able to substantiate its claims and decision with relevant evidence?

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.
