I would like to clarify that my complaint is not about the withdrawal processing time.

The core issue is the withdrawal limit itself. According to the VIP page, my current VIP Level 7 includes a withdrawal limit of 1200 EUR per request. However, in the cashier, I am restricted to only 300 EUR per withdrawal request, and only one withdrawal can be pending at a time.

This creates a significant discrepancy between the advertised VIP benefits and the actual limits applied to my account. As a result, I am forced to withdraw my balance in many small transactions, which is not in line with the stated VIP conditions.

Therefore, my concern is about misleading information and unfair limitation, not about the time it takes to process withdrawals.

Yes, Betflare paid out the money. They only ever pay out €300 per transaction and only twice a week (Monday and Thursday). So if you win larger amounts, I wouldn't recommend playing at this casino.
