The player from Italy has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet.
I requested and cancelled the withdrawal 4 times since they wouldn't credit it to me (instant withdrawal) as I had done a thousand other times... they kept it there and in the end after 3 hours of attempts I played them all again but it wasn't what I wanted... strangely I only received the emails about the withdrawal reversal but never about the request... they were unfair... I wrote more emails but they answered me half a time and then nothing more

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Good evening, I have cancelled and requested the withdrawal 4 times which was with INSTANT bank transfer made by me previously for many times.... since I have IBAN set up.... until after 4 hours (usually it takes a maximum of 2 minutes) I got annoyed and I played my credit again.... which I did not want to do..... so I felt taken for granted for the unjustified wait given that it was INSTANT bank transfer... as done previously several times without any problems!!!
