My current balance at BetAlice is 0 EUR.


I played on the website, but it was almost impossible to withdraw money. The casino only allows withdrawals of a maximum of €500 per day, while deposits are unlimited.


Furthermore, the payouts took longer. During this time, the money continued to be shown in the account, and I – like many other players – continued playing out of frustration or hope.


So I kept playing and eventually lost all my money.


After I filed a complaint with the casino, my account was completely deleted, and I no longer have access to my data or transactions.


I already have the support and the address complaints@betalice.com I contacted them, but received no solution.


I sincerely hope you can help me get my money back, as in my opinion BetAlice operates without a valid EU license and deliberately deceives players.
