Hello

Bet365 make unfair and fishy practices so I'm filling a complain.

I made 2 small deposits over skrill and 2 withdrawals, everything was fine. Few days ago I made 2 bigger deposits of 1000€ in total and played with that balance, I accumulated 2024€ and they partially disabled my account and removed skrill withdrawal option from my payment methods.

I asked their live support several times why they do such thing but they don't want to explain the reason why I can not withdraw to my skrill account anymore. First time I was even told that they found my skrill used on another bet365 account which is completely lie as I have only used my skrill with my own bet365 account ( they later corrected that it was not right accusation )

Skrill payment method is available in their FAQ as withdrawal method so there is no global restriction or lack of support, they removed this payment method on purpose because I made over 1000€ in winnings and they don't want to pay.

Please understand that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

  • Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings?
  • Could you kindly confirm if you passed the full KYC verification?

Yes my account is fully verified.

I was informed that only wire transfer is an option for withdrawal, but I can not use banks due personal reason.

I was able to deposit 4 times over skrill and withdraw 2 times to the same skrill account in the past.

Payment method skrill is not disabled globally but only on my account, you can check that it is available in their FAQ and withdrawal methods.

Their ToS do not inclue any term stating that bank account is mandatory to use their service.

They cleary do this shady practice on purpose to delay/avoid paying out winnings.

Can you please send me a screenshot of the payment methods that are currently available in your profile for both deposits and withdrawals?

Please note that we are unable to oblige casinos to provide specific payment methods to players. If at least one payment method is available in your account, you should choose that option.
