We would like to clarify that all of the withdrawal requests were processed within the stated time frame. Some of the withdrawals were cancelled due to the required KYC verification procedure and because the requested amounts exceeded the limits for a single transaction. Once the player’s account was fully verified and the withdrawal requests met the transaction limits, all withdrawals were successfully processed within 24–48 hours.
