I currently have approximately 450 EUR in my account and would like to withdraw my funds. However, I am unable to process withdrawals. In addition, I have attempted to make a deposit of approximately 200 EUR, but the deposit is not processing correctly.
I have contacted customer support regarding these issues but have not received a satisfactory response or any clear explanation. As both deposits and withdrawals appear to be affected, I am concerned about the status of the casino’s payment systems and the safety of player funds.
