the disputed amount is in CDN as I could not find the option above. Two withdrawals have been returned to the sports balance with no explanation. When asked of the chat the response given was that the system is overloaded and that the payment was rejected by the payment provider. I have used Galaktika NV sportsbooks in the past with no issue with e-transfer deposits and withdrawals. No email notification, nothing, just returned. Repeated canned responses asking to resubmit refusing to show any proof of any payment system related failure on their end. KYC has already been verified and confirmed by customer support. Asking kindly for support and for Beef.casino to provide proof of the issues they are experiencing on their end and to provide solution. I even lowered the second withdrawal amount to $3000, to no avail.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

The withdrawals have not even been processed. They are immediately returned to my sports betting balance auto rejection due to supposed payment failure as described by customer support. So no, the money is not on its way to my bank account, it has already been auto returned to my casino account upon few hours of request. Happened twice once for $14320, once for $3000.

customer support is refusing to provide any support and is using the same canned response to try resubmitting again due to some sort of system overload or payment system failure. no mention of KYC, bet checking or anything else.

same response each time. so this is not an issue with waiting for a processed withdrawal. it is having any withdrawal attempt being auto bounced back to my sports betting account with no support what so ever and no straight answer on why this is happening. When they say there was an error on the payment end I, in my account am able to see the pending withdrawal and cancel at will. Does this mean that the payment was never submitted on their end and just returned straight to my account.
