I do not agree with the requirement to complete wagering only in slots. I play only table games and I was not informed in advance that wagering must be completed exclusively on slots.

Please explain clearly why this restriction applies and where it is stated in your terms and conditions.

If this issue is not resolved and my withdrawal is not processed fairly, I will proceed with a formal complaint to the relevant licensing authority.
