Baxterbet Casino - Player's winnings seem to be confiscated.

I deposited $50 first time playing here I took the bonus which doubled my bet.I played for a while as I got a $200 major win and also some smaller wins which kept me playing. I was playing 1.50 2.00 2.50 and 5.00 I can't remember which one I was playing when I got the mega jackpot it was 5500.00 and at the time I had 280 still. it came up my total as being 5780.00 which I was over the moon about as I was willing that last square to fill and it did. I thought I would play 50 and then go.I did that and 20 mins later looked up to my total to see it had changed to 250 .

I went to the support asked what's going on it was the robot bot gave me lots of excuses which I didn't care about how can they entice you in with false offers and then take your winnings.

I thought l am taking the 200 l had left which it refused as it said it had to be 300 minimum. They changed it to 194 as they claimed $6 for the bonus which should have been done by then as that's happened everywhere else I have played.

I don't remember which one it was l just know it gave me $50 and I only played the one game Elvis Frog.

I played $1 $2 and $5 when I won the mega jackpot I was playing $5.

This is the first time I played at this casino and I found it strange . I am still very naive about online casinos

but as I was scrolling through Facebook or Instagram I saw an ad type thing for one thing that led to this baxterbet one. I believe they are putting false things on the social media as this is supposedly not for Australia but the one I clicked on and went through was it was 2 different casinos . I hope you understand what I mean.

3.26. Winnings from the bonus are restricted to a maximum of x10 the bonus amount.

3.27. Some bonuses have a maximum win setting that limits your win by multiplying the bonus sum with the max win. For example, if your bonus is 100 EUR and the maximum win is 10 EUR, your win cannot be more than 1,000 EUR (100*10).

3.28. The maximum winnings from using bonuses are capped at ten times the amount of the bonuses used.

Sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time, especially when the casino shares all the relevant information on the website. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, and setting a maximum cash out limit for bonus winnings is very common. That's just a joke and so is this forum its all for the casino. How can anyone in their right mind say that $50 is a great bonus and for that I lose $5250 .

I don't know why I bothered I suppose you think the minimum withdrawal of $300 is fair too.
