Stolen info, never signed up but somehow has, phone number and name, email and birthday info and refuses to delete account entirely and wants you to stay, you must be aggressive to get your point through, likely run by a scam group, very condescending 'assistance" be rude to them they dont deserved respect, changed all the info on the account it's someone else's problem now
