Hello, on Monday afternoon I requested a withdrawal of €500. I immediately contacted support to ask when the money would arrive and whether the account needed to be verified. They said that the account was verified and the money would be approved by the financial department within 3 business days of the next day of submission, i.e. from Tuesday to Thursday. I wrote several times during those days and they kept saying that I didn't have to worry and the money would arrive on time. I wrote to them again this morning and they said that I had a "slight delay" but that the financial department was processing the payment as a priority.. It feels like automatic responses to me and no one is doing anything. Can you help me with this?

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
