I am a registered player on Bagh.live (username: Manikchad). I deposited money via Nagad and accumulated winnings of BDT 93,000. On 1st February 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request for the full amount. Bagh.live refused the withdrawal citing a KYC/identity verification issue, but did not clearly explain what was wrong or give me a fair opportunity to fix it. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support, my funds remain withheld. I believe this is an unlawful refusal to pay legitimate winnings.

Only played sports game, yes during the kyc process my account locked. Actually I won some money from sports bet. Then I try to withdraw some funds but they asked for kyc . I was submitted kyc but they asked more info I also provide that. Customer service was so rude. Also I didn't break any terms and conditions
