I deposited $10 and started playing I won $2,000 and at first they said it will take a while and then they ended up saying that I couldn't receive it because the site was under maintenance but normally if the site is under maintenance we aren't able to log on to play so how is that even fair I still have the conversation to prove it aswell

11/07/2025 and the time was 3:00 am untill 5:30 am and that's the only day I have spoken about it with them and the deposit was refunded to me the same day , I have screenshots of our conversation if U like to see

I think it's very unfair that I was not informed of maintenance issues on pussy 888, very quick to take the money that I deposited I won fair and square and the casino is liable for the winnings that I won fairly, usually when maintenance is happening I can't get on the site at all, I'm told to wait untill maintenance has finished so I was not informed of this at this time. It let me log on and deposit and play it didn't have problems when I was playing , when I came to withdraw I was told that my withdraw is being processed and be in my account shortly then after 2-3 hours I was told I can't get the winnings due to maintenance issues, they did me wrong and need to make it right, Followed the rules so should they

I made another attempt to contact the AusBet33 Casino live chat support today, but, as anticipated, it was unhelpful. This time, they asserted that there is no account associated with your email. I even confronted them with the screenshots from your earlier live chat conversation with the casino team that you provided us, but they did not acknowledge them.

Given this situation, I'm afraid there is nothing that can be done from our side to help with your case. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. I advise against depositing any funds into this casino due to the significant risk that, should you win, you may not receive your winnings. They may present various justifications for withholding your payouts, as was the case here.
