i like this game and I use all my money and bonuses on one game . I take my chance to make higher bets sometimes it works most times it doesn’t I lose , I change my bets it’s what us players gamblers do, take risks chances try our luck win big or lose. It all. Since the incident I never deposit put anymore of my money to that casino . Why aren't they shut down taken to Court it's stealing scamming of peoples hard working money it's against the law and honestly running a business claiming to be legitimate to steal money from honest customers by falsely misleading consumers who like myself trust the casino/business ending up to be a fraud , it's quite upsetting . It's a crime the casino must be held liable and punished for their crimes. I can't get my money back from them but they need to be accountable for their actions so they can't continue doing this to other people what they done to me

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but, as expected, had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from their side. Since the casino operates without a valid licence and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.

However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach and warn other players of your experience.
