My account is fully verified. I have been able to withdraw once (750$ CAD max withdraw) on april 8 and since then I have had multiple withdraws canceled by the team with no explanation.


I have not been able to withdraw ANY FUNDS in over 10 days now. The livechat keeps telling me to be patient and that the withdraws will be processed but they just end up being canceled again and I have to request them again. Rinse and repeat

1) My account has been fully verified since April 14th. I have requested 4 withdraws since and they have all been canceled


2) I have not used a bonus


3) I asked livechat on the 18th about my withdraws. They said to be patient and wait for it to be processed. Since then, another withdraw has been canceled AGAIN

I am only allowed to withdraw with the same method I deposited with.


I have 487$ CAD left to withdraw, hopefully will happen this week
