The player from Norway requested a withdrawal over a month ago after winning with the welcome bonus and verifying his account, but the funds remain pending. Despite multiple inquiries for support, he receives only excuses and no resolution.
Hi,
I registered my account and accepted the welcome bonus they offered for new costumers.
I won on my first deposit and verified my account then requested a withdrawal that has been pending for more than a month.
When contacting their support they just come up with excuses all the time telling me that they have been busy they will forward my case etc.
Nothing never happens i am still waiting for my first payment since you can only request 500€ per time.
I have been patient enough but they dont seem to care about paying out my money.
Can you please help me with this case thanks
