I am submitting a formal complaint regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue with 888casino Ontario.

My withdrawal of 7,000 CAD has been pending for nearly two months despite full cooperation from my side.

My account was already verified prior to this withdrawal request. However, after requesting the withdrawal, I was repeatedly asked to resubmit the same verification documents multiple times, which I complied with immediately each time.

Despite full cooperation, there has been no meaningful progress.

During this period:

I have contacted support more than 30 times via live chat and email

I have consistently received only generic template responses such as "rest assured we will get back to you"

My repeated questions about the status and reason for delay were not answered

No clear explanation or timeframe has ever been provided

After resubmitting all requested documents again, I have now received no meaningful update for over a week

At this stage, the issue is not related to lack of cooperation or missing documents on my side. The issue is the absence of action, transparency, and proper communication from the casino.

The repeated requests for documents already submitted, combined with ongoing delays and non-substantive responses, have made the withdrawal process unreasonably prolonged.

I am requesting:

Immediate processing of my 7,000 CAD withdrawal

Written confirmation that all verification requirements are fully satisfied

A clear explanation for the repeated delays and repeated document requests

I am attaching full supporting evidence, including emails, chat transcripts, withdrawal status screenshots, and proof of all document submissions.

I am asking for assistance in resolving this matter, as normal support channels have failed to provide a resolution despite extensive and repeated attempts on my part.

Hi Tomas thank you for getting back.

no bonus was used

bank statement and if was asked even after I got my account fully verified they ignored that and they kept asking for it.

they have told me twice it was accepted and then asked for it again.

Yesteday I spoke to live chat and I informed them I mad formal compliment at casino guru and I think k they are about to solve the issue because they started communicating. Once I have an update I will make sure to post it.
