7bit casino "discarded" my cashout of $114 after depositing THOUSANDS! I played at 7bit for a few months. My prior cashouts would take days and they would always come up with an excuse but eventually they went thru. Recently, I spent upwards of $7k and NEVER WON ANYTHING! I literally tried every game at random and even if I got a bonus game within a game I would often win $0.00 MULTIPLE times! I was thinking something is really wrong. In fact I contacted support and requested that I close my account and reopen an account and I’m fine losing and tier status etc., and I do not need any bonuses so no rules are broken but something is wrong with my account. Deposit after deposit after deposit after deposit. $7k later I cannot even win my bet back ONCE! I waited a couple days and logged back in. I deposited $60USD and said to myself ( and support ) if I don’t win something I’m never returning to 7bit casino. I did win $180 something around that point and I immediately cashed out $114 so I could cashout twice my deposit for the first time in over $7k in deposits! I then change currency from ETH to USD and when I login I don’t see my pending cashout which is weird because it usually takes forever to get a cashout. I check my Coinbase wallet, nothing there. I contact support and ask them to check on the status because it’s not in my account or pending in my Coinbase wallet. I didn’t think anything of it. I spent 10 minutes chatting with support and "he’s trying to help me" to then later say "your cashout appears to be LOST" your cashout was discarded. I was freaking out! I contact the "VIP HOST" via WhatsApp and he’s MIA until multiple other agents answer on WhatsApp and inform me the cashout was discarded. I asked them to show me in writing WHERE it says you can discard my cashout and then steal my money so I can upload the screenshots to every forum possible. He replies by saying "we follow the rules of Curaco,NV" I said WHERE IS MY MONEY??? Then he said I’m sorry the money was returned to your wallet and was played by you. I said NOOOO it wasn’t I cashed out in ETH and re deposited BTC. Then he says my cashout was discarded. DO NOT SPEND ONE CENT AT 7bit!
