I have accumulated over $20,000 in winnings since signing up for an account with 777 Buffalo. Upon signing up, they stated that they required a deposit in order to make a withdrawal. I made the deposit and now it’s still not allowing me to withdraw my winnings. I chatted with their customer service person, and they have not been helpful and now have stopped responding to me. They claim to allow withdrawals once you make a deposit and the withdrawals will be as quick as 30 seconds, but they obviously do not abide by these promises. I want my winnings and don’t feel like calling lawyers and going to legal route with this. It would save them a lot of grief if they just let me withdraw like they should. Thank you.

Yes and the amount was stated as "make any deposit to make unlimited withdrawals". I accumulated the majority of the $20,000 with the sign up bonus that they offered "with no strings attached". They falsely advertised in order to get customers to their site and when called on it, they are nowhere to respond!

Can you please specify what specific sign-up bonus you received? Do I understand correctly that all the winnings came from using this no-deposit bonus?

No it just said after I deposited I would be able to withdraw. And most of it did, but that condition wasn’t disclosed upon using the bonus.

Dear Repeatkeat701, just to set your expectations right - things does not look good.

I have contacted the live chat to ask for the e-mail address so I could send the casino a message regarding this complaint and ask whether they will be willing to cooperate and hopefully resolve the issue. As soon as I have mentioned it, the live chat agent stopped responding. I have left them with my e-mail and the message that this complaint will be open for resolution for the next two weeks, but I highly doubt anybody will come back to us. I expect this case to end up unresolved.

Unfortunately, not every casino is open to discussion and is willing to mediate the issues. Especially the social and sweepstake casinos, as those are not officially classed as gambling. Therefore there is no authority to overlook their actions. That leaves them with a lot of ways how to operate legally, yet never face any consequences for their actions. And after creating an account in this particular casino (just to be able to speak to a live chat agent), and seeing their very vague T&Cs, this casino looks shady from the get-go. I am already talking to my colleagues regarding their safety rating on our website and whether it should be amended accordingly.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly via e-mails and Teams, but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from their side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system, and it will negatively impact their future safety rating on our website as such. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue at all. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach in the future. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email.

As a next step, normally I would recommend you contact the proper Gaming Authority and submit a complaint with them. However, since the casino has no licence, there is nowhere else I can refer you to. I am really sorry I could not be of more help on this occasion, and would recommend in the future to check the casino review on our website before signing up, to avoid issues like this one.
