Dear Sir,


I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an issue with my account on 4rabet. 

I am from India and i have been playing on your platform for some time.


On January 13, 2025, I was fortunate to win ₹634,576 in aviatrix crash game.

I have played previously, experiencing both wins and losses.


I understand that the maximum withdrawal limit is set at ₹100,000. 

When I submitted a withdrawal request for ₹100,000, it was declined due to profile verification requirements. 


Then i proceeded with the verification process, starting with a selfie, followed by entering my Aadhaar card number and filled OTP (one time password).


However, I encountered an error message stating, "You already have another account," even though I only have one account associated with my phone number.


I am aware that creating multiple accounts with the same number is not permitted, and any attempt to do so would trigger a security alert indicating that the user is already registered. Therefore, I believe there may be a misunderstanding, as I have only one account, which has now been blocked.


I kindly request your assistance in unblocking my account. I have played honestly without any form of cheating and i am willing to provide all necessary documents for verification purposes.
