I made 1700$ profit in one day on their website and they took all my profits and the told me i breached a rule i forgot what number but it was about fraud vpn and something like that but it is not true and its been 3 weeks i sent them an email they never responded and chat keep telling me its final decision

Hi, first of all my account isnt blocked they just took away my profits but not all my money.


i placed bets on nfl without using any bonus in Deposit and lost 1750 and won 3450 so 1700 profit in around 2 to 3 days. After that I did the verification process and it got approved and i then asked for a withdraw that got denied. The chat told me i breached a rule but the messages arent saved anymore so I dont know How to show you but if I remember correctly it was rule 12.10 or something like that involving vpn fraud or other thing which is all false. I talked to the assistance for multiple data asking for the same thing why they took my money but they always told me it was final décision and showed me the same rule 12.10 without clearly explaining what i did wrong.


now im just withdrawing the money i have in my account without any problem but they still stole 1700$ from me which is a lot of money.


is it possible to get the old discussion with the chat if i ask them?
