Case summary

The player from Malaysia had her account closed by 30Bet while still holding funds. After contacting customer support, she learned that she had to provide "Proof of Funding," but previous documentation had not been accepted. She requested either her account to be reopened with a payout or a clear explanation of the documentation requirements. We asked her to send the verification documents and correspondence, but no further reply was received. As a result, we were unable to investigate further, and the complaint was closed for now due to lack of response.

30Bet closed my account while my money was still in it, and won't clearly say what they need to give it back.

My 30Bet account got closed on 29 June 2026, while I still had funds in it. I contacted live chat on 18 July to find out why I couldn't log in. The agent confirmed it was closed and said I needed to submit "Proof of Funding," a screenshot of my crypto wallet showing the transaction and where the money came from.

I told him I'd already submitted documents before and they weren't accepted, and asked what was wrong with them. He didn't answer, just kept telling me to reply to the email I'd gotten. On 19 July they emailed again asking for the same thing, still with no explanation of why my first submission failed.

My account is still closed and my funds are still stuck. I want either my account reopened and my balance paid out, or a clear, written explanation of exactly what they need from me.

Best,

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely.

  • Could you please confirm whether you have provided the documentation requested by the casino?
  • Could you please let me know if you have used a payment method that is registered in your own name?
  • Did you pass the verification before you lost access to the account?

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Attila

Hi Attila,

Thanks for looking into this.

I did submit documentation to 30Bet before, but it was rejected and support never explained why. In the live chat on 18 July, the agent told me what's needed is "Proof of Funding," a screenshot from my crypto wallet showing the transaction details and where the funds originated. As of the last email I received on 19 July, they were still asking for this same document, which tells me my account was never fully verified, since verification was still listed as outstanding even after they said the account had been "temporarily reopened."

The payment method I used is registered in my own name.

Let me know if you need anything else from me.

Thanks, [Redacted]

Hi Attila,

Sending over the documents and correspondence now to attila.g@casino.guru. Quick update - Qbet has closed my account and I can no longer log in, despite having sent them full verification (crypto exchange history, bank statements, payslips) back on 19 June. I still don't have an explanation for why my winnings weren't paid, and at minimum I'd like my deposit balance returned since I can't even access the account anymore.

Thanks for looking into this.
