I was playing at this casino and suddenly they closed my account and confiscated my money. They are not responding to mails and they leave chat every time I join. This site is the same owner as Qbet and 55bet. I have been treated poorly after my winnings at Qbet. All three sites seem to cooperate and they confiscate money at all when you win at one or more.


I had over 80k NOK. First they confiscated my winnings and then they confiscated my deposit as well.



I am not sure how to fix this without your help. Please take this case seriously. They told me on live chat that my deposit where going to be paid. But now they ignore me on mail and live chat when I ask for it. Look at the photos uploaded.

I have been playing casino and sports on all 3 sister sites. Qbet, 55bet and 30bet. They have been difficult during the verification process even if I have uploaded all documents they ask for. Even a selfie with my driver's license. But I was fully verified when this happend.


I have been offered bonuses on all of their sites, but I have not used any bonus. All bets are raw. But they do not seem to like that I won. Because after that the problems started on all 3 sites. A legit casino should accept that players will win some times.

However, this casino has cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows that it is not interested in cooperating with us.

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice for 30 Bet Casino to completely ignore our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives, as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any issues have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from 30 Bet Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
