29Black Casino - Withdrawal of player's winnings has been delayed.

I deposited money to play both sports betting and casino games. I didn't do well with sports betting, but I played Olympus casino and won over $700 in one bet. Afterward, my balance dropped, and I decided to withdraw everything. The verification process began and lasted more than eight days. On the first day, they asked for one thing, then two days later they asked for something else. Finally, they verified the information and said I could withdraw. I did, but they haven't paid out since. Every time I inquire, they say it can take five days, which has passed, and then they say it can take indefinitely.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

The verification process theoretically ended over two weeks ago. Now they're saying they can take as long as necessary to review the application again. It's completely illogical, like someone could cheat at the casino. Anyway, that casino is heading towards being a scam.
