The player from Finland is trying to close her casino account but faces repeated promises without action, along with aggressive bonus offers. This issue extends to her sister casinos, making it difficult for her to resolve the situation.
I don't know if this belongs here but I have repeatedly asked this casino to close my account, they promise but it doesn't happen, they aggressively send bonus offers etc. I also have an account at their sister casinos and the same thing happens there, how do I get rid of them?? Aspaan can't even complain these days when the waiting times just get longer the longer you wait.
