Salve, ho vinto 470 euro su 1win e li ho richiesti sul mio conto bitcoin, dopo aver aspettato un paio di giorni, dopo aver contattato l'assistenza (hanno detto tutti che hanno segnalato questo incidente e lo risolveranno al più presto), stamattina scopro che il mio account in cui stavo aspettando il mio 470 è stato bloccato senza alcun motivo specifico. Sono davvero arrabbiato per questo. Stavo gia' aspettando da 9 giorni il mio prelievo

When exactly did you request for the withdrawal? When was the last time you contacted the casino and did they respond to you since? Did you accumulate your balance from real money or did you use any kind of bonus?

Please note that we usually advise to wait at least 14 days for the first withdrawal to be processed as it may take longer in some casinos to finish the verification process. Is it also common that the player's account is blocked until the verification is finished.
