Hello, I deposited 12,574 KRW (USDT-TRX) into 1win Casino.


However, the deposit did not go through, so I contacted support. They told me to wait 30 minutes. After waiting, they provided a Telegram bot link and an inquiry code, and then told me to wait 7 more days.


After 7 days had passed, I contacted them again, and they simply said it was a payment system issue. They did not tell me how long I would need to wait and abruptly ended the chat.
