My account blocked without any reason while i was playing casino .

I had given all the documents to the security team but they are not replying from last 35 days. Please help me to get my account back

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I had sended aadhar card front and back and selfie with device holding in which email received and utility bill . Its now more than 35 days . They are not unblocking me.
