10cric casino lets you withdraw your deposit as long as you rollover 1x at 1.1 minimum


I am used to playing bacaarat and cashing out/ i have had both wining and losing sessions


However after my last withdrawl was declined I contacted support and they told me baccarat doesnt count towards rollover


they are pointing me towards there general terms and conditions


this is where the confusion starts. certain games are restricted when using bonus money. however I have been wagering my own money


I have received a 10 percent crypto top up which is given as a real cash with no wagering needed


Further I have a history of multiple cashouts playing blackjack and baccarat after depositing crypto.


It seems someone from there cashout team is arbitrarily changing the rules. Support seems to be limited to copy paste answers


they dont seems to understand I am wagering my own money and there are no restrictions. I have re read there terms several times and donot see baccarat is banned. why would they offer the game?


This has been a very frustrating experience. They are not telling me clearly what is allowed and they are not adhering to there own terms. Someone is just making up their own rules when reviewing my cash out request

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Is the 10% bonus still active (can you please send it's terms to nikolas.b@casino.guru)? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I would consider the top up bonus, even if without wagering, as a bonus balance so the bonus rules still applies and probably will until you withdraw the balance from it.

attached here, My complaint is that the casino is changing its terms on a case by case basis. I have had more than 10 cashouts on the same promo. they have not updated the terms on their site but there is a manual review before withdrawls and they are blocking these as it suits them or on large profits maybe


this goes against the spirit of fairplay.


#10cric has not asked me to KYC. i believe they do this very rarely

# I have spoken to live chat and they are pushing me towards slots

# i was forced to wager on slots and sports as they were keeping my funds hostage. they have finally rleased my funds but they are still being very vague on what games are allowed and contribution.


If you want I can open a fresh complaint but I need them to update the promo terms or stick with the terms they have. this has been a stressful experience as it seems they just changed their terms overnight without updating terms on website.


I also feel they maybe blocking me specifically from playing baccarat as my return to casino is negative as this point.

Based on the bonus terms you forwarded, it is clearly written there that general bonus terms applies in point 6. - meaning the wagering as well as it is a bonus money.

So far, it doesn't seem that anything unusual of fishy would be going on.
