The player from the United Kingdom requested a withdrawal of £180 seven weeks ago. Despite verifying his account and following up multiple times via email and live chat, he receives only generic responses about ongoing checks.
Requested withdrawal of £180 on 22nd Jan. I had deposited £20 and so this withdrawal amount is less than 10times the original deposit so valid. I have chased numerous times via email which is now being ignored and live chat where I get same generic responses that thorough checks are being completed. Account is verified.
