The player from Finland requested a withdrawal 7 weeks ago on May 20th and was initially informed it could take until the 23rd, but has received repetitive responses since then without resolution.
I made my withdrawal on May 20th and was first warned about the 21st or 23rd, the longest the withdrawal could take, after that they just repeated the same answers until last night. I just had the same conversation again as last time.
