This is a scam casino.
I am a gamble addict and they refuse to close my account. No responsible gaming options. They just ask to repeat the process to send an email and they just do nothing. It is a scam. Stay away. I have lost more than a 1000 euros since I have asked for a permanent closure more than a month ago.
I have escalated multiple times and nothing is happening. Really sorry that such companies exist. Stay away.
