Hello, I have made 4 withdrawal request in this casino fot total amount 2784,47 EUR. One was made 6.11, next three 7.11. Since today I didn't receive my money. I was asked for additional documents ( notary ID was one of this additional documents ) I've do this and sent to Chipstars at Thursday . After this I haven't response from casino.

Hello, I think that fair casino doesn't check 2 photos for 5 days. Using this method I can wait for successful verification for a few months. After withdrawal request they do nothing for 4 days , they asked for additional verification after my message to them. I think we should cooperate as well as possible to make the gambling environment better and better. But ok, I have nothing to do as waiting at the moment for their next step.

This is what I received today from Chipstars. Unfortunatelly , bad opinion at trustpilot was confirmed today. They steal money ot their customers. This is real SCAM casino . Of course, I didn't broke any point of this terms&conditions . If I was a cheater , they never bring me my part of deposits back. This is nonsense. You can't promote casino like this , there is many many other gambling websites which are fair in front of their clients. You have to help clean this enviroment from the scamers like Chipstars. In the opposite your opinion among players will be worst and worst.


Don't you think they should give me back my whole deposits ? WHy only part ? I was cheater or not ? Or maybe one time I was fair and later I cheated them ? This is a big nonsense.

This points of terms&conditions can be assigned to every customer which register account there. This is the first example why they shouldn't exist as online casino&sportsbook. This point is abusive , contradictory with general terms&conditions between customer and operator.

Please give me some proofs of my illegal activities. I used my Ipad to play at CHipstar, with my private sim card, registered on my own name , no one at my home use my Ipad. They ( Chipstar) invented this big nonsense to steal my money. They haven't proofs, they are scammers.

I have also some winnings in Slots games, but can't provide any details because my account is locked/closed.


I see there was some other user which tried to contact with you ( Chipstars/discussion , username kod1 from UK ) and explain his situation which I see was similar like mine. Chipstar don't want to talked , show some terms@conditions and closed account based on this.


If you still be by scam casino side like Chipstars and don't try to protect players ( banned , not promote at your website ) they will always do the same.


I also wrote complaint to:

  2. Consumers international
  3. Chipstars, licensed provider
  4. Curacao customer protection office
