Chilli777 played through 3 bonus fully .then deposited 300 with no bonus attacheded so no wagering required .

I got very lucky won over 2.9k but lost a little and requested to withdraw 2k.

I had an email telling me of my withdrawal request ,this was on the 14th of december.

Its still pending as customer request ,I've tried contact to make sure all is ok but no response .I've tried phoning but that's linked to a dating agency .

Please can you help...regards mark

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. I did manage to speak to live chat .Alexa she said it would take up to 29 working days. Why so long and is this just a fob off .

Maybe we should wait ,I don't think 4-6 weeks is acceptable for a withdrawal ,but let's wait and see.i know you have other customers who also experienced this and one I read that it came 7 weeks later .pretty poor but hey they got it !

Infact my dates are incorrect I requested to withdraw on the 14th of December..So still a little time..thanks mark.

On a positive note ,I do enjoy the slots on there .And I would play again once the withdrawal lands in my account.

Alexia stated due to covid and short staff withdrawals are taking longer than normal .

Hi ..not as yet ..I still do have in business days about 8 days left .

I have contacted this alexa but think that's just pre recorded messages .They tell me it can be up to 29 business days .I've emailed..no response ! Not looking very likely.

Hi,no change ,have contacted them several times .same response ...finance department will email when it's ready.

Requested withdrawal on the 14th of December ,this is sickening..how can they still be trading it's a disgrace!
