I've being trying to request the return of $160 deposit I made in November, no communication from the casino. The casino avoids and circumventing my request. The casino asked me to use a Crypto Wallet and that is not and will never be my transaction method. I have screenshot of deposit, and request. For those out there, the casino is frustrated with players and avoid them.

Cazeus, do not advertise deposit method if you intend not to allow players to withdraw with the same method. That is misleading. I asked to reverse transaction because the casino was very slow at receiving my deposit and adding it to my account, it was about a week which I find is unfair. Since then, I asked a reversal of transaction, confirm then close account. Cazeus keeps asking me for crypto wallet and I will never open a wallet. Their support, throughout the process does not provide an answer. Worst casino I ever dealt with. I'm not a angry or easily fazed but this casino made me lose faith and trust in the onlinevcasino system. Totally disgusted. I will not open a crypto wallet, I demand refund in the same deposit method I used--disgusted with dealing with Cazeus. Anyone from Casino Guru staff can have the $160CAD, I do not want the below average casino to benefit just because I do not have a crypto wallet. Veronika, send to any of the Casino Guru staff--at least they tried to help!!

Good morning, I have not played the deposit I made. Forget trying to resolve the issue, just allow Cazeus Casino to withhold and steal the funds. I'm literally sick if dealing with Cazeus, close this case. Let it be known and made aware, Cazeus makes it very difficult to withdraw--do not join!
