The player from UK requested a withdrawal in December, but it hasn't been processed. The complaint was closed as 'unresolved' as the casino has more than 15 cases marked “No Reaction Policy.”
I made a withdrawal request on the 29/12/21 for£230 which after chasing numerous times and same automated message telling me to be patient no
payment received. On the 3/4/22 I was told a problem had arose, the only way to get my withdrawal was to cancel it and when it was credited back into my account to make a further Withdrawal request that would be paid quickly but as of 6/5/22 I still have not received payment.

I was lured onto the website by a nice looking bonus, they also had my favourite game to play WolfGold. When I won if I remember it was just with money I had paid in. I have gone back onto the site and into the helpline which I have sent copious requests for help but I can’t see my history now. I have taken screen shots of my site transactions & copies of email correspondence which I will forward to you using your email address.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from CasinoWin.bet. I wish I could be of more help.
