I’ve been waiting for more than 2 weeks for my withdraw, they keep telling me the same thing every time i try speak with them, just some copy/paste text that it takes time for the financial departament to check everything, i’ve played at many online casino and none of them asked me to wait so long for a withdraw, maximum 5 working days.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

As you can see, they don’t even bother to respond, today is my 20th business day of waiting for the withdraw and they say that it takes between 7-21 days for the withdraw to be processed, also in the about us section they clearly wrote "secure deposit and fast cashout" this doesn’t look like a fast cashout.

Quick update, my 800 euro was canceled yesterday because of some instability, like they say, i am waiting for so long now that i dont know if i will get my money, every time they find some excuses, i withdraw again 500 and i am waiting to see when it will be accepted
